I recently ordered a Gucci bag from RueLaLa and received a FAKE!! I am beyond disappointed. 1 because I was really looking forward to the bag, and 2 because I thought RueLala was a reputable and trustworthy seller. They are saying it's final sale and I cannot return.Same exact thing happened to me. Bought a Gucci disco bag from them years ago and tried to sell it to Fashionphile recently. They sent it back to me saying it was fake. I used to spend at least 10k a year on RueLala and sister site Gilt, but will never spend another penny with them. The fact that they willfully sell fake products is disgusting. I purchased 3 Fendi bags from Ruelala last year. The monogram on the bottom seam did not match up and it looked absolutely fake to me. I returned the items and I ended with a 00+ STORE CREDIT. Gucci soho disco. Look for my post in the other thread on ruelala. Somebody else brought the bag and fashionpile said it is fake. They are willfully selling fake. Don’t trust the company.

I saw even brand new fake items sold, they don’t even refund you. So I gave up on the refund on a purchase 5 years ago. I just want to a lot of people see it. They get their hands on genuine items straight from the brands or authorized dealers. Thanks to their flash-sale approach, Rue La La can snag excess inventory, making sure you get the real thing at a discounted price. I was browsing RueLaLa this morning and came across a LV Cabas Amber bag. for 9! It's easily a fake, and I can tell it's made of vinyl (look at the handles). All of the embossings on the bags are not the correct font, and there shouldn't be an embossing on the handles, anyways. The consumer claimed that the Fendi bag she received was a counterfeit. A Ruelala rep responded on the site saying they would give the individual a refund on the bag. The Ruelala rep insisted, however, that the bag was 100% authentic. I buy a couple things from Rue La La every month or two. As noted, it's a flash sale site, so your picks are sorta at the mercy of the designer and whatever is in stock. New deals start at 11am EST every day. I got an ad from Rue La La and looked at the website, but didn't know if the items were real or fake. Does someone know? Has anyone shopped there?
